The Process

01. Share Your Vision

Start by filling out our contact form. Tell us about your celebration — the date, the vibe, and what you’d love to include. The more we know, the better we can bring your ideas to life.

02. Complimentary Consultation

We’ll set up a short (20-30 min) chat to get to know you, answer any questions, and explore what’s possible together. This helps us tailor your quote and timeline with care.

03. Custom Quote & Booking

After our chat, we’ll send over a tailored quote and proposed timeline. If everything feels right, your date is secured with a signed agreement and deposit.

04. Inspiration & Planning

Once you're booked in, we’ll send you a short creative form to gather details — colours you love, meaningful elements, references, and more. You can also share Pinterest boards, photos, or anything that inspires you. Think of it as building the creative moodboard for your suite.

05. Sketch & Concept

Now the fun begins. We create an initial sketch or concept draft based on everything we’ve gathered. You'll review and share your thoughts before we refine. Two rounds of thoughtful revisions are included to make sure everything feels just right. More revisions will be invoiced accordingly so be sure!

06. Final Design

After any edits, we complete your suite — fully illustrated, laid out, and ready to print. We’ll share the final high-resolution files or manage printing locally if needed.

07. Day-Of Details & Keepsakes

If you’d like your design story to carry through your event, we also offer matching menus, seating charts, signage, guest notes, or illustrated souvenirs. Just let us know what you need.

08. Delivery & Printing (optional)

Files are sent to you digitally — or we’ll coordinate local printing (if requested). Everything arrives on time, looking just as dreamy as you imagined.
