The Process

01. Share Your Vision

Tell us about your event — what you're celebrating, your date, and the kind of pieces you're dreaming up. Whether it’s an intimate brunch or a full-blown birthday bash, we want to hear it all.

02. Complimentary Consultation

We’ll schedule a short call or email exchange to chat through your ideas, answer any questions, and figure out how best to bring your vision to life. Based on this, we’ll send over a tailored quote.

03. Booking & Creative Brief

Once your quote is approved, we’ll secure your spot with a signed agreement and deposit. You’ll also receive a creative form to help us understand your style, colour palette, and any must-have elements. Think of it as building the creative moodboard for your suite.

04. Sketch & Concept

Now the fun begins. We create an initial sketch or concept draft based on everything we’ve gathered. You'll review and share your thoughts before we refine. 1 round of thoughtful revision is included so make sure everything feels just right. More revisions will be invoiced accordingly so please be sure!

05. Final Design

Your artwork is refined and finalised — ready for printing or digital delivery. Whether it's menus, invites, or signage, we make sure it’s as fun and thoughtful as your event itself.

06. Souvenirs & Extras (Optional)

Want matching thank-you notes, party favours, or illustrated gifts for guests? Just let us know. We’re happy to design cohesive extras that make your celebration feel complete.
