We work directly from the photo you provide, so we aren’t able to make big changes to things like facial features or poses once we’ve started drawing.

Once your booking is confirmed with a signed contract and deposit, we’ll guide you through a calm, collaborative, and story-led design process.
You’ll receive a preliminary sketch for review before we move into the final stage. Depending on your project’s scope, final delivery typically takes 3–8 weeks from your official start date — unless otherwise discussed.
Because everything is hand-drawn and built from scratch, our process is immersive and intentionally paced. We kindly ask clients to avoid requesting early updates, so we can focus fully on the integrity and detail of your design.

Yes. We welcome international clients. Our process is primarily digital, and we’re happy to coordinate printing and shipping, or deliver high-resolution files for local production.

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered.
As each project is bespoke and time-intensive, deposits are non-refundable once work begins. If your event date or scope changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate — but significant changes may require additional time and cost.

Yes. We accept international payments via secure bank transfer or approved digital platforms. Clients are responsible for any transfer fees to avoid delays.

Once design files are approved and sent to print, refunds aren’t possible. We ask that you carefully review all spellings and details before approval.
If an error is found after final approval, any reprints will be at the client’s expense. If there’s an issue with your printed order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it — we’ll work with you to find the best resolution.
